Our notarized bylaws require us, article by article, to act on the ground: clean-up, reforestation, waste management. Your donation funds a legal obligation, not a wish.

Every unit of currency is earmarked

Article 11 of our bylaws is clear: the foundation's assets can only be used for environmental security. Nothing else. It's verifiable, in black and white.

Technical assessments, field interventions, travel for teams: that is what actually costs money, and that is exactly what your donation covers first.

Every year, over a thousand hectares are lost to desertification and twenty million cubic meters of timber are illegally cut in Romania alone. The cost of inaction keeps rising — the cost of action doesn't.

A foundation you can verify

The Foundation for Environmental Security "Blue Earth" is registered in Romania's National Register of Foundations (Ministry of Justice decision, 2021). Our bylaws, articles of incorporation and code of ethics are public — check them in the Transparency section before donating. That's normal, and we encourage it.
